Normal Hours Pick Up - Cairns Airport

Domestic

1. After collecting your luggage, phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 4053 2896) to request a shuttle pickup.
2. Walk past baggage carousel #3 and exit through the doors at the end of the terminal.
3. Follow the blue painted line on the concrete up to and across the pedestrian crossing.
4. Continue along the blue line stopping at the Courtesy Coach Pickup Area (approx. 30m past the crossing).
5. Wait there until you see the white & blue shuttle with Apex Car Rentals written on it.

International

1. After collecting your luggage, phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 4053 2896) for a shuttle pickup.
2. Exit the terminal through the main doors.
3. Turn right, follow the yellow line towards the Domestic Terminal, stopping once you reach the Courtesy Coach Pickup Area.
4. Wait there until you see the white & blue shuttle with Apex Car Rentals written on it.
