Normal Hours Pick Up - Perth Airport

TERMINAL 1 (INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS)

  1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
    1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
    2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 8 6336 7764) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
  2. From the International Arrivals Hall at Terminal 1 (T1), turn right and walk past the WHSmith book store.
  3. Turn left and exit through the main doors.
  4. Walk towards the road and look for the shelter labelled 'K' on your left.
  5. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
  6. PLEASE NOTE: Due to major roadworks around the airport we are experiencing longer than expected delays with our shuttle bus. Our staff are doing their very best to get to you as quickly and safely as they can. Please be patient and we will be with you as soon as possible. Apex provides a complimentary shuttle service between Perth Airport terminals and our rental location.

    TERMINAL 2 (DOMESTIC ARRIVALS)

    1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
      1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
      2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 8 6336 7764) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
    2. From the baggage claim area in T2, exit the terminal via the main doors.
    3. Turn right and proceed to the sheltered walkway.
    4. Follow the signs for “Drop off and pick up”.
    5. Walk across both sets of pedestrian crossings to the other side of the road and look for ZONE D to your left.
    6. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
    7. PLEASE NOTE: Due to major roadworks around the airport we are experiencing longer than expected delays with our shuttle bus.       TERMINAL 3 (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS)

      1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:

      2. From the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 3 / Baggage Carousel # 4, exit via the main doors to your left.
      3. Turn left and cross the two sets of pedestrian crossings and follow the sign labelled 'Pick-Up Zones A, B, C & D'.
      4. After crossing the road, turn right and proceed to the shuttle pick-up point at ZONE D.
      5. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.

        1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:

          2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 8 6336 7764) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
        2. From the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 4 / Baggage Carousel # 1,2,3 exit via the main doors to your left (next to the car rental desks).
        3. Turn left and follow the walkway past the “Administration Offices”.
        4. Continue past the “Taxi” waiting area and turn right.
        5. Cross the two sets of pedestrian crossings and follow the sign labelled 'Pick-Up Zones A, B, C & D'.
        6. After crossing the road, turn right and proceed to the shuttle pick-up point at ZONE D.
        7. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
